Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Newspapers or magazines
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products (e.g. e-books, courses, software)
Some health and personal care items
Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
Items with visible signs of use
Any opened digital media (CD, DVD, software, etc.)
Items not in original condition due to customer error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at hello@gameontherapy.net with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
